Lifetime Return and Exchange Guarantee:
- We offer a lifetime return and exchange policy on all our jewelry, provided that the original proof of purchase (invoice/bill) is presented.
- The return or exchange value will be determined based on the prevailing gold and diamond rates on the day of return or exchange.
- Making charges, GST, and additional labor costs (if any) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final value.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Jewelry must be in reasonably good condition.
- All original certificates (GIA, SGL, BIS Hallmark) must be returned along with the product.
- In case of missing certificates, re-certification charges may apply and will be deducted from the final settlement amount.
Custom and Personalized Orders:
- Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry is also eligible for lifetime exchange and return, subject to evaluation of the item’s condition and supporting documents.
Refund/Exchange Process:
- Upon inspection and approval, the refund will be processed via original mode of payment or provided as store credit, depending on the customer’s preference.
- Refunds may take 7–10 business days after final approval
